Vintage Silver Plate Cocktail Shaker

$200.00
A beautiful silver plate cocktail shaker disguised as a tea or coffee pitcher. The rooster may be a give-away as to this gem's actual purpose. Includes cork stoppers for the top and strainer spout (amazing they haven't been lost during this piece's long life). You'll note a few dents and some pitting on the interior. But these blemishes do not impact the function in any way. I've tested this one and it shakes nicely in the hand, opens easily, and pours beautifully. Marked "EGW&S" on the bottom. It also includes an 'S' monogram as part of its story. E.G. Webster & Son existed between 1886 and 1928 and then became International Silver.
